Fabrication
Structural steel fabrication using grade 250 or 350 plus for rolled section as per
Australian Standards AS 3678 / AS 3679 and AS 1163
We have facility to create 3D models and shop drawings using latest software before
start of fabrication to avoid any mistake.
We carryout welding as per Australian Standards AS 1554.1 category GP for general
welds and category SP for Butt weld
We employ certified boiler maker and welders and follow welding qualification
procedure to achieve best industry standard.
We provide test certificates for material and welding as per client’s requirement.
Erection
We employ specialized erection crew with current tickets to execute installation of
steel on site in very professional way complying with Australian OHS and Safety
standards in best possible way to gratify the industry standards and clients with
premium quality and guaranteed satisfaction of on time completion.
Surface Treatment
We carryout surface treatment as per client requirement or as specified by Engineer.
We carry out Blast cleaning, Primer application, Painting, Powder Coating and
Galvanizing in workshop.
